With over 30 years of experience in cleanroom design and construction, Total Clean Air is trusted by global organisations, from NHS trusts and pharmaceutical manufacturers to aerospace and defence clients, to deliver controlled environments that perform, comply, and endure.
We are one of only two UKAS 17025-accredited cleanroom contractors in the UK, building cleanrooms to ISO 14644, EU GMP Annex 1, and all major international standards. That accreditation is not a badge. It is our guarantee that every cleanroom we deliver meets the most rigorous quality and compliance standards in the industry.
Our end-to-end service covers everything from initial feasibility and cleanroom consultancy through design, construction, IQ/OQ/PQ commissioning, validation, and ongoing maintenance and servicing. We embed ourselves in your project team, working alongside your quality and compliance leads to reduce risk and simplify delivery.
Our technical authority is independently recognised. We are CPD-certified training providers and our Technical Director sits on the British Standards Committee for ISO 14644. We also offer comprehensive environmental monitoring, EMS and BMS solutions, active air sampling, settle plates, and full laboratory analysis via ISO 17025-accredited partner Charles River.
